And, if we don’t have first-hand knowledge about a particular destination, resort or cruise ship, we’ll find out! We network with hundreds of other Cruise Planners agents on a daily basis.
3. Do you have special needs or a unique request? No worries … we’ll go the extra mile for you!
4. We don’t charge extra or increase prices to cover our commission. The resorts and cruise lines pay our commission out of THEIR bottom line because of the extra business we bring them.
5. Travelling with a group? We can provide extra amenities, discounted rooms/cabins for group leaders, and protect large blocks of rooms/cabins for longer times.
6. Want to put together a custom itinerary that isn’t offered online? We can do that!

8. Booking is convenient! We’ll work within your time parameters and through your preferred communication style—phone, email, Facebook IM, text. We also have online booking tools through the Cruise Planners My Trips app for PC and iPhone.
9. Booking is secure – transactions are handled with the latest encryption technology and data is maintained on Cruise Planners’ secure servers in Miami. Payment is usually made directly with the cruise line or travel vendor so you can be sure you money is handled responsibly.
